*** All artists must submit a request form to reserve space in the studio only. It will be
       available on first come first serve basis
*** Use of the classroom space in its entirety will result in a rental fee
*** Studio space is free from 11am-7pm M-F ; artists MUST be working on a project in     
       the studio space for rental fee to be waived
*** Studio space if open, will be available for a rental fee M-F after 7pm or the weekends
